Meet the Dentists & Hygienists
Yetunde Patrick, DDS
Dr. Yetunde Patrick is a general dentist hailing from the windy city of Chicago, IL. Dr. Patrick graduated from Spelman College with a BS in Biology, and later earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Her interest in dentistry has always been rooted in community, serving as SNDA President, Community Service Chair, and helping to establish the 1st Baltimore Oral Cancer Walk. For these endeavors, she was recognized and awarded the Dean community service award, Curtis Adam’s award and the nationally recognized Albert Schweitzer Fellowship.
Upon finishing her dental degree, she worked in community dentistry and private practice before starting her own office in Washington DC. Dr. Patrick believes in an holistic approach to health, and is a fitness enthusiast. She loves practicing yoga, dance and core body conditioning. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, dancing, interior design and binge watching Netflix. She looks forward to meeting you!

Nisha Joshi, DDS
Dr. Nisha Joshi is from Rockville, MD right outside of DC. She attended University of Maryland, College Park and graduated with a bachelors in public health science. She then went on to receive her DDS degree from the University of Detroit Mercy.
She believes in listening and addressing her patients needs. She strives to deliver high quality patient care and create an atmosphere with care and compassion for her patients. Outside of dentistry she loves to try new food cuisines, do pilates, and spend time with family and friends!

Tiara Felder, DMD MS
Dr. Tiara Felder is a compassionate dental professional with a rich educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Masters of Science in Medical Science from Hampton University. Her journey in dentistry began as a dental assistant, where she demonstrated exceptional dedication to treating patients as if they were her own family. This ethos continues to shape her practice today, as she believes that establishing a genuine connection is paramount to delivering the highest standard of care.
A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Felder places great importance on being part of a community with a diverse patient base. Hailing from Detroit, MI, she has developed a profound commitment to giving back to underserved populations and patients from all walks of life.
Dr. Felder takes pride in alleviating dental anxiety and creating an environment where patients feel supremely comfortable. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in dancing, staying connected with her family through FaceTime, exploring new destinations, savoring exquisite cuisine, and nurturing her well-being through self-care practices. She loves brightening people's days with her infectious smile!

Joanne Fiels, RDH
Joanna Fiels attended Erie community college and SUNY College for dental hygiene. She has been a hygienist since 1984! While her career has flourished her family is the real priority. As a breast cancer survivor, She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and taking time for self care. Our office adores her energy and vibrant pink lipstick! Always ready for any event. As she proclaims, “[She’s] retro baby”

Shelia Thomas-Gillespie, RDH
Shelia Thomas-Gillespie is a of native Brandywine, MD. She attended Howard University for Dental Hygiene and Nutritional Science. Shelia enjoys spending time with family, friends. and participating in foreign medical mission trips.
Ms. Gillespie is active in her community and currently serves as the Secretarial of Hands On International. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Shelia loves discussing the connection between nutrition and oral health with her patients.
